Invest 4avilla provides owners with excellent levels of rental income generated through contracts with major tour operators, travel agents and through our partners web site and their US and UK based holiday companies. Owners have a choice of the following rental schemes.

The flexible letting plan offers owners the opportunity to receive typically between 34 and 40 weeks of rental income per annum, generated by Invest 4avlla's partner. Occupancy levels will depend on the house style and location. Owners have complete flexibility of use and can also choose to find their own bookings to supplement their income.

The one year leaseback plan provides owners with a guaranteed fixed monthly income for 12 months paid by Invest 4avilla's partner, for the exclusive use of their property for rentals.

The combination plan provides owners with a guaranteed income for 7 months from the week prior to Easter for a continuous 30 weeks. For the remaining period, typically November to March, owners can use their property whenever they wish and can also generate their own rental bookings. Invest 4avilla's partner will continue to generate rentals subject to demand, excluding the weeks reserved by the owner. Both leaseback plans are only available on new property for the first year of ownership.
